Our Process
Phase 1: Determine How Clients Want to Dispose of Their Old Equipment
We determine with our clients, how they want to dispose of their old IT Equipment and what they require.
Phase 2: Pick Up/Drop Off
We offer our a free pickup service for clients. In cases where the client may be further than that, we offer a 3rd party freight company to assist with the pickup and delivery of the surplus IT Equipment. We also offer our clients the ability to drop off the equipment themselves directly to our facility in Baltimore, MD.
Phase 3: Sort, Scan, Serialize
Data area is wiped, volatile and non-volatile configurations are returned to factory default settings; all configurations and logs are erased. Items will then be dismantled, configuration areas are destroyed physically, batteries are removed and flash chips are destroyed.
Phase 4: Repair & Refurbish
Our skilled, board level technicians have the ability to repair almost all types of Electronic, IT, Medical, Lab, and Networking Equipment.
Phase 5: Recycle, Remarket, Redeploy
The most environmentally friendly way to dispose of surplus IT equipment is to have it redeployed in the global marketplace. We adhere to a ZERO landfill policy and our e-recycling and destruction process adheres to strict EPA Guidelines of disposal.
